KELLY'S POST: "Where have all the flowers gone? Girls have picked them every one." Pete Seeger-Where have all the Flowers Gone

This blue top is actually one of those dresses with the elastic on the bottom (a bubble dress?).  However, I put a skirt over it to dress it down a bit for class.  Then, inspired by the hippie look of the flowers on the top I went with my boots with the fringe going down the side.  I ended up quiet happy with my outfit today, which is good because it was one of those days where it just threatened of rain all day without actually really delivering.

What I'm Wearing:
Blue Dress: TJ Maxx
Skirt: Dillard's
Boots: Target

PS: Look guys! One of our own, a fellow fashion blogger, has made it to the big time!
